We publish and sell books exclusively in Russian — both original works and translations. If you represent an author and would like to propose a book for translation, please contact us at editor@onebookpublishing.org.

We can ship books to most countries worldwide. Delivery is handled by the most efficient courier and postal services in each region. You will see the shipping rates for each country when placing your order.

Unfortunately, we do not ship books to Russia and Belarus, as we cannot guarantee delivery or customs clearance. We also cannot accept payment cards issued in these countries. However, you can still gift an eBook to a friend or relative in Russia or Belarus—just enter their email address at checkout.

We carefully select the best postal services in each country and usually provide two delivery options:

1) Standard: cheaper but slower, with no tracking available.

2) Tracked shipping: faster delivery with a tracking number.

Estimated delivery times and costs will be displayed at checkout. We try to process each order within 24 hours, but sometimes, due to warehouse workload, it may take up to three days.

You can preorder eBooks and audiobooks just like any regular purchase. The only exception is printed books available for preorder: for technical reasons, we ask that you place each of these as a separate order.

If you notice an error in your address, phone number, or name, please email us as soon as possible at sales@onebookpublishing.org, specifying the email you used for the purchase and your order number. If you send the correct details right away, we will do our best to update them ASAP to avoid delays.

It can happen that an order may be delayed or even lost during transportation. If your order does not arrive within 30 days, please contact us at sales@onebookpublishing.org. We will do everything we can to help — either reship your order or issue a refund.

When you purchase an eBook, you will receive an email immediately after payment with the file in ePub format. This file works on most e-readers. If you need a different format, you can convert the file yourself using free online services.

Alexei Navalny’s book Patriot is available free of charge for readers in Russia who cannot pay with foreign cards. If you are in Russia, you can download the book using this link.
