1. Agreement Overview

These Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between you ("you") and One Book Publishing, UAB ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your access to and use of the website https://patriot.navalny.com, as well as any other related media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application linked to it (collectively, the "Site"). We are registered in Lithuania and located in Vilnius (Lithuania). The Site provides an online store for the goods and products listed therein ("Store Offerings"). To ensure a safe environment for buying and selling the Store Offerings, all users must accept and comply with these Terms of Use. By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

The information provided on the Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would violate the law or require registration in such jurisdiction. Anyone accessing the Site from another location does so on their own initiative and is responsible for compliance with local laws where applicable.

All users who are minors in their jurisdiction (generally under 18) must have permission and be under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian to use the Site. If you are a minor, your parent or guardian must read and agree to these Terms before you use the Site.

3. User Registration

You may be required to register to access Store Offerings. You agree to keep your password confidential and are responsible for all use of your account.

4. Store Offerings

We make every effort to display colors, features, and details of the Store Offerings accurately. However, we do not guarantee that all details will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Your device’s display may not accurately reflect actual product colors. Some offerings may only be available online and in limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange according to our Return Policy.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any offerings at our sole discretion, without notice.

5. Purchases and Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases made via the Site, and to promptly update your email address, payment method, and expiration date as necessary. You agree to pay all charges at the listed prices, including shipping fees, and authorize us to charge your selected payment provider at checkout.

6. Shipping

We offer various shipping options. Once you enter your address, available delivery services will be shown. Most include tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order leaves the warehouse.

7. Return Policy

Please review our return policy before making any purchases. We are obliged to repair, replace, reduce the price, or refund your purchase if the item is defective or not as advertised. You must notify us of a defect within 14 days of receipt.

According to Lithuanian retail regulations, printed books in proper condition cannot be returned. E-books are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

8. Reviews

We may allow you to leave reviews or ratings on the Site. When submitting a review, you must:

1. Have firsthand experience with the product.

2. Not use offensive, abusive, racist, or hateful language.

3. Avoid discriminatory content (e.g. based on religion, race, gender, etc.).

4. Not reference illegal activity.

5. Not be affiliated with competitors if posting negative reviews.

6. Not post false or misleading information.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, or remove reviews at our discretion.

9. Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe any material on the Site infringes your copyright, please notify us using the contact information below.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania and the European Union. If you reside within the EU and are a consumer, you are also protected by the applicable laws of your country of residence. Both you and the Company agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Lithuanian courts, meaning you may bring claims related to consumer rights in Lithuania or in the EU country where you reside.
